Recommended Local Schools
There are so many things to consider when making the right choice for primary schools. Location, wrap around care and ethos all play a huge part in making those choices. We have put together a list of schools that we would recommend in areas local to our nurseries to help you make informed decisions. After visiting local schools and speaking to the teams who run the reception classes, we have compiled the information below to help parents make these tricky decisions.
The best way for you to get a feel for schools, is to visit them.
Questions we would recommend you ask:
Can you tell me how you support children's individuality at this school?
Can you tell me about your schools values?
Can you tell me about outdoor learning at this school?
Can you tell me how you support children's confidence and independence?
Can you tell me about the ways you communicate with parents?
Can you tell me how often parents are able to join in with school activities and be a part of the learning that takes place?
'You're off to great places, today is your day! Your mountain is waiting, so get on your way.'
